No idea, until now. >8^)
Well, one thing you could do is: make a 2 point polyg. Use LATHE or
CLONE to make a circular copy of the 2pp, which is a "twig". Now copy the
circle verticaly with some slight offset . copy copy copy. Use JITTER. etc.
